You have given the details of your dream property to our Property Finding specialist in your chosen area. They have provided you with various properties that meet your requirements.

You have fallen in love with a property and they have negotiated a price on your behalf which has been accepted. 

Our nationally recommended surveyors have confirmed the property is in good condition and its worth what you are paying for.

Our legal team is also doing its bit, but you want to know what is happening, so you just log onto the website with your individual pin number and check the progress.

You are also getting regular updates from the Financial Services team and you know your offer will be issued next week.

A date is set for completion and you now have to start getting ready to move.

The moving date is set and along comes our removal team, everything is professionally packed and boxed up and then unpacked at your new home.
